Policies


 

*Payment* 
We accept personal check, cashier's check, cash, MasterCard and VISA. We have partnered with Care Credit, which offers financing plans for cosmetic patients. A minimum 50% deposit is required to schedule any services. 

*Cancellation Policy* 
There is a "No Show" fee of $100 for missed treatment appointments without 24 hour business day notice. No-show fees are due before scheduling a new appointment. 

*Refund Policy* 
If you need to cancel an appointment that you have already paid for, you will not receive a full refund for the amount paid, but will have a credit added to your account that can be used at a later date. The amount credited will depend on how far in advance of a scheduled appointment the cancellation was made. Additionally, a "No Show" fee may be applicable. 

*No refunds will be given to partially used package purchases since they are purchased at a discounted price.* 

Products may be returned for in-office credit within 7 days from date of purchase with receipt when there is a documented adverse reaction to the product. 

*Use of Cell Phones* 
We request that you silence your phone while in the office and ask that you please step outside to talk on the phone.

DuPont Aesthetics makes periodic updates to policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We reserve the right to change our policies without notice.
